Chapter 11
Roadmap
This is the Zetaverse operator's business roadmap alongside NVEX's BHCT integration plans. The operator validates its business model through campaigns; NVEX is pursuing token integration at verified touchpoints, subject to partnership scope and regulatory review.
| Phase | Details | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Stage 1 · Creator-to-brand infrastructure | The operator validates a system for assessing and developing creators, placing them on real briefs and recording results. The Philippines is the first proof market for the cross-border campaign model. NVEX prepares BHCT, the whitepaper, disclosures and payout tools, and pursues integration. | In progress |
| Stage 2 · Creator IP · production · fan participation | The operator expands into IP, production, fan participation and digital commerce around creators proven in Stage 1. NVEX pursues BHCT integration for uses whose partnership, rights and regulatory conditions have been set. | Planned |
| Stage 3 · Regional creator hubs | The operator aims to develop hubs for training, production and live commerce and a regional partner network, starting with Southeast Asia. BHCT integration scope is reviewed separately. | Planned |

Gates for starting and expanding the BHCT service pilot
| Stage | Conditions | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Before launch | Signed partnership, catalog prices, slots and deadlines, secured cash for services, gas and refunds, agreed reward allocation, wallets and responsibilities | Contracts, budget approvals, supply and funding verification, cancellation, abuse, dispute and security conditions |
| Limited operation | A defined participant group and period complete one campaign from brief to review, contractual compensation, optional reward, voluntary order and service delivery | Linked work, consent, payout, order, delivery, refund and on-chain records |
| Reconciliation · review | Monthly reconciliation, usage, repeat-use, cost and budget metrics, analysis of rejection, cancellation, disputes and errors | Token and cash ledgers, comparative results and changes to catalog or terms |
| Expand or suspend | Approve new budgets only within service capacity, secured funds and demonstrated benefits | Expansion basis or a plan to stop new rewards and bookings and handle exit |
Fabricated work, duplicate accounts or payouts and self-dealing orders would be checked through evidence and order-campaign reconciliation, with hold reasons and appeal procedures. The proposal is to stop new additional rewards and bookings when supply or cash funding is insufficient, or serious security, non-delivery or reconciliation issues arise, then announce handling responsibilities and scope. External audit and permission safeguards are pre-launch review items; this does not claim a completed audit or a multisignature wallet today.
Gate from Stage 1 to Stage 2
The proposed gate is for the operator to gather the following evidence before selective expansion, rather than advancing on sign-up scale alone. Review periods and numerical thresholds would be set using pilot data and contractual conditions.
| Area | Evidence to assess | Decision for the next stage |
|---|---|---|
| Repeatable supply | Recruitment, assessment, activation and placements using consistent criteria | Check dependence on personal connections or one-off events |
| Completion · reliability | Brief, contract, delivery, approval, report and settlement history | Check whether readiness assessments predict delivery, quality and reporting |
| Paid · repeat demand | Actual paid transactions, follow-up briefs and contracts | Separate free pilots and inquiries from repeat commercial demand |
| Campaign economics | Business compensation, direct costs, workload, cancellations and revisions | Assess whether repeat operations are sustainable |
| Rights · operating controls | Content, music and likeness rights documentation, contracts, data and dispute procedures |
What Stage 2 adds
Stage 2 selects creators and IP proven in Stage 1 to build production, rights and fan relationships that can be used beyond a single campaign.
| Expansion area | Work to develop | Contractual and operating conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Short-form · short drama · branded production | Content planning, production, distribution and reuse | Production contributions, copyright, music and likeness permissions, distribution and reuse scope |
| Creator products · brands | Product collaboration, merchandise and direct-to-fan sales | Production and distribution costs, quality, delivery, returns and use of brands and content |
| Licensing · selected rights participation | Separate production, management or licensing agreements for proven IP | Existing rights holders, licensed or acquired rights, territories, duration, media, cost and revenue settlement, termination |
| Fan communities · premium experiences | Members-only content, events, experiences and repeat participation | Content, schedule, duration, eligibility, cancellation, non-delivery, refunds and personal data handling |
| Tokenized access · digital participation |
Stage 3 regional ecosystem
Regional hubs would be considered by connecting resources to verified creator supply and brand demand, rather than expanding premises first.
| Infrastructure | Collaboration concept | Items to check before execution |
|---|---|---|
| Physical · digital creator hubs | Connect training, production, editing, live commerce and brand-demo resources | Operators for equipment, space, staff and online services, usage terms, costs and demand |
| Schools · universities | Talent pipelines through education, projects and portfolios | Institutional roles, teaching and practice scope, participant protection, consent and outcome records |
| Local governments · cities | Creator-economy workforce development and local programs | Public purpose, operating and budget responsibilities, selection, reporting and agreement scope |
| Brand · production network | Connect briefs, production capabilities and distribution opportunities | Repeat demand, delivery, review and rights criteria, regional partner roles |
| Cross-border corridor | Korean content and talent, Chinese technology and commerce, Southeast Asian execution |
Company capital-market strategy and BHCT
Zetaverse's business strategy is to build recurring revenue, performance data, contracts and IP, audited financial statements and governance before considering strategic or institutional capital and, in the long term, a possible IPO or direct listing. This is not a confirmed listing plan, date or valuation.
| Review sequence | Business evidence to build |
|---|---|
| Prove the operating model | Repeatable creator acquisition, brand demand and campaign economics |
| Build assets | Networks, commercial data, technology, contracts and selected IP participation |
| Prepare governance | Financial records, ownership structure, decision and rights documentation, regulatory response |
| Consider strategic capital | The role and conditions of capital for scaling a proven business |
| Explain independent business value | Evidence distinguishing recurring monetization from production and rights activities |
| Review public-market readiness | Review and professional processes concerning scale, growth, profitability and governance |
The company's capital-market strategy is separate from BHCT's terms of use. Holding BHCT carries no promise of company shares, dividends, IP ownership, IPO allocations or listing proceeds. Any services, memberships or access offered through the token will be described in separate partnership terms and terms of use.
